Standard delivery is a flat rate fee of $9 AUD. Orders over $59 AUD are rewarded with free standard delivery! We also have express shipping options available for faster delivery. We can only deliver to Australian addresses for the moment.


Cat Mugs and 'Gifts in a Hurry' Products

The cat mugs and products in 'Gifts in a Hurry' are stocked locally in Sydney Australia and are generally picked and packed the same day if you place your order by 6pm AEST, and then picked up by Australia Post the following business day. A tracking number will be provided with your shipping notification. Our storeroom operates 7 days a week.

Other Cat-Themed Products

We have also partnered with global suppliers to provide you access to a wide range of cat-themed products. For the moment we do not stock all of these products locally in order to keep the cost low. We'll process your order as normal, and the item will be shipped directly from the supplier.

Please note: Your order will be processed the same day, however, global partners vary in how long they take to pack and ship.

Once we know what products in the store are popular, we'll begin stocking locally for full control over fast delivery times. Yay!


The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.



We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your order. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with a copy of your order and original packaging.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.


Faulty Products

If your order is faulty when received, we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided that you email us a photo of the faulty product. We will then email you instructions.

Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
