Shipping & Returns

Standard delivery is a flat rate fee of $8 AUD. Orders over $59 AUD are rewarded with free standard delivery! (Excluding gift card purchases as they are digital and do not require shipping). We also have express shipping available for faster delivery. We only deliver to Australian addresses.
Most Products and 'Gifts in a Hurry' Products
Most of our products (including everything in 'Gifts in a Hurry') are stocked in Sydney. A tracking number will be provided with your shipping notification. We use Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: takes 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: takes 1-3 business days
Orders generally ship the next business day. However, some items need to be printed before sending, such as t-shirts, jumpers and leggings. This will be noted on the product page and production time is up to 5 working days. Once ready, the shipping times above apply. If your order contains a mixture of items, we will hold your order until the clothing is also ready to ship.
Other Cat-Themed Products
Some products ship directly from an overseas supplier (which is noted on the product page). We'll process your order as normal, and the item will be shipped by the supplier.
Please note: Your order will be processed the same day, however, global partners vary in how long they take to pack and ship:

Express Shipping: takes up to 9 business days
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your order. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (excluding cat furniture, refer to Returns - Cat Furniture below), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days after the item is delivered, together with a copy of your order and original packaging.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Returns - Cat Furniture
We can only accept change of mind requests within 14 days after the item is delivered and must be in original packaging. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applicable.
Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you need to return the product and if the item is eligible for return.
We will notify as to whether or not we require the product to be returned to us. If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide a return post label and the postage fee, plus the re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is faulty when received, we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided that you email us a photo of the faulty product that clearly shows the fault. We will then email you instructions.
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
